Come and join us at our latest brand new, state of the art office in Lake Orion. We are now Located at the Beautiful Belle Arbor Plaza In Lake Orion. Our new address is 1428 South Lapeer Road

Single Port Laparoscopic Hysterectomy - Single Port Laparoscopic Hysterectomy

Dr Jonathan Zaidan MD FACOG at Womens Excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology has performed the first single port laparoscopic hysterectomy. The uterus and ovaries can now be removed through one small incision less than an inch long in the umbilical fold. This is a cosmetically appealing procedure for those who are a good candidate for it. Through the usage of special laparoscopic instruments and a refracting laparoscope designed specifically for these types of applications, we are able to accomplish hysterectomy with or without removal of the ovaries in some patients through only one incision less than an inch long. The newest and most minimally invasive method to remove the uterus, tubes and ovaries is now available!

Jennifer on ESSURE - Jennifer had the ESSURE procedure performed in the office. She was happy with the permanent solution of preventing pregnancy, and she states she “was really happy with the procedure”.
